The length to diameter ratio of LW355 centrifuge is 4:1, The rotating drum is made of centrifugal casting duplex stainless steel, and the screw pusher is inlaid with tungsten carbide alloy protection, which greatly extends the service life of the centrifuge.  It has the characteristics of medium size, and medium processing capacity.

LW Horizontal Decanter Centrifuges feature continuous feeding and discharge. This chemical separation equipment has been applied two-phase (solid - liquid) and three-phase (solid - liquid - liquid) slurries separation industry of chemicals, pharmaceutical, environment protection, as well as mining and food, etc.

 

The LW355 centrifuge is equipped with a replaceable ceramic/tungsten carbide ring at the liquid outlet and slag discharge port, and the tungsten carbide scraper is continuously cleaned at the slag discharge end. The bearings used in the LW355 are of high quality from famouse brand SKF, ensuring stable operation of the equipment and extending the service life of the equipment.

 

 

Horizontal decanter centrifuges consist primarily of conical rollers, screw thrusters, differential systems,bearing pedestals, brackets, housings, primary and auxiliary motors and electrical systems. The main motor drives the drum, and the auxiliary motor drives the planetary differential to produce a drum and a spiral differential. The centrifuge can be continuously separated by the powerful centrifugal force generated by high-speed rotation.
The drum and the auger rotate at a certain speed difference and high speed. The material continuously enters the screw feed chamber from the feed tube and then accelerates into the drum. Under the action of the centrifugal force field, the heavier solid phase deposition forms a sedimentary layer on the drum wall. The solid deposit is continuously pushed to the tapered end of the screw pusher drum and dried in the drying zone discharged from the slag discharge port. The lighter liquid phase forms an inner liquid ring that continuously overflows the drum from the overflow outlet at the large end of the drum and exits the machine through the outlet.
